Shipping policy

We offer free ground shipping on qualified orders over $50 and standard $3.90 shipping on orders below $50. Valid on orders shipping to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*US Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.) What constitutes a qualified order may change over time and without warning.
Shipping options & rates
We make every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Expedited options may not be available in all areas. Expedited orders placed after 11:00AM central time will require an additional business day for processing.
Shipping holidays
Amia and its shipping partners will not be shipping or delivering orders during federally-observed holidays. Shipping estimates will begin the following business day.
Contiguous United States
We ship ground on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and an additional 2–5 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Shipping to a PO Box
We ship ground within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We can currently ship to PO Boxes, though we reserve the right to change this at any time. If shipping to a PO Box, please watch your tracking carefully and ensure you pick up the product in a timely manner.
Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we'll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
As Alaska and Hawaii fall out of the contiguous US, promotional shipping (like free shipping) is not valid for orders shipped there.
International shipping
For now, we do not accept any international orders and do not ship any packages internationally.
