Refund & Return Policy

Refunds:

We hope you love your products as much as we enjoyed making them. In the event you're not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase.

For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Refund qualifications:

To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • All refunds must be related to a helloamia.com order. We do not offer refunds on items purchased outside of helloamia.com.
  • The refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • The order must be marked as delivered. We do not offer refunds for orders placed in transit.
  • The product must not be a digital item, such as a gift card. All digital or gift card sales are final.

For all refunds:

  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • We do not price match with retailers or competitors.
  • Returning food products is not required, but we still allow for refunds if you are not satisfied.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund.
  • For non-food items, the refund will be processed when the merchandise has been returned.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
  • We do not offer store credit or gift cards for refunds.

Returns:

We accept returns, although you do not need to actually ship food items back to us. We will issue refunds in replacement of a full return for orders within 30-days. Please see refund policy for eligibility around refunds. If Amia does require you to return the item for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for our food items. For a refund, please see our refund policy above.
